When one thinks of Provence or the South of France, one thinks of charming hillside villages, rolling vineyards, amazing food and wine, and a slower pace of life. The Provence Retreat offers all of that and more. It is a time to slow down and appreciate the beauty of the region. Provence has been my home away from home for over 20 years, and during this retreat in Provence we will explore many of my favorite places while also allowing time to unwind, relax, make new friendships, and breathe in all of the wonder that is Provence.
Limited to just 5 travelers, this women-only 6-night Provence retreat is designed so you can reconnect with yourself, form lasting bonds, and build lifetime friendships.
What to expect from the week together:
- We will be staying in the heart of the village of Saint Rémy de Provence, behind the doors of an old Provençal building with a peaceful secret garden and heated pool. Single occupancy of course.
- Visit the charming villages of the Luberon and the Bouches-du-Rhône.
- Learn to cook like a local with our private cooking class.
- Visit outdoor marchés (markets), vineyards, and olive oil producers.
- Antique and vintage shop at one of my favorite Saturday markets and the famous Isle sur la Sorgue Sunday market.
- Trace the footsteps of Van Gogh.
- ...and so much more that we will not share just yet.
What's Included:
All lodging at our centrally located 4-star Saint Remy de Provence hotel.
Pricing is based on single occupancy, where you will have your own private room and ensuite.
Transportation for the 7 days and 6 nights in and around Provence. This includes pick up at Avignon TGV train station, with guidance on the best way to reach the area, and drop off at the end of the trip. Alternate pick up and drop off service to the area can be arranged, but there may be an additional fee.
All breakfasts, all group lunches, and all group dinners.
All guides, experts, tastings, and entry fees on guided tours.
Welcome apéro reception.
The itinerary is subject to change. The final itinerary will be shared as we approach our travel dates.
What's not included:
Airfare to and from France, and transport from your original destination to Avignon TGV train station (arrival June 4 and departure June 11).
Any souvenirs or personal shopping.
Additional entrance fees, meals, snacks, wine, spirits, or beverages not offered in the group outings. Any spa treatment desired.
Travel and Medical insurance (required). Please be sure to purchase travel insurance for your trip in the rare case of cancellations, unforeseen circumstances, or emergency medical needs during your trip. This is mandatory.
Any ETIAS forms, visas, passport, or Covid-19 travel requirements (testing, vaccines, etc.) as required by your home country or France.
The Provence Retreat will have a lot of walking, so please be prepared for walking tours and stairs, especially in hill town villages.
If you have any special needs, including dietary needs, please reveal that to us on the Getting to Know You form that will be sent out after your booking so we can make accommodations, if possible.

Deposit - due at time of booking and nonrefundable - $3,500.00
Final payment of $4,350.00 due March 1, 2027

Cancellations
Your place on the trip will be reserved as soon as your payment is processed. With your payment, you agree to pay the trip balance in full by the deadline outlined above. Due to the limited amount of space on this trip, it is difficult for us to accommodate any cancellations.
If full payment is not made on or by March 1, 2027, the deposit is forfeited and we reserve the right to re-book the spot being held for the trip.
All sales are non-refundable. Please be sure to purchase travel insurance for your trip in case of cancellations, unforeseen circumstances, or emergency medical needs.
Discounts - Olive and Branch discount coupons are not valid for this trip.
