When one thinks of Provence one thinks of charming hillside villages, rolling vineyards, amazing food and wine and a slower pace of life. The Provence Retreat will offer all of that and more. It's a time to slow down and appreciate the beauty of the region. Provence has been my home away from home for over 20 years and during this special trip we will explore all of my favorite places plus allow for time to unwind, relax, make new friendships and breathe in all of the wonder that is Provence.
Limited to just 5 travelers we believe this intimate gathering, 6-night retreat allows everyone to form lasting bonds and lifetime friendships.
What the week together looks like:
-We will be staying in the heart of the village of Saint Rémy De Provence, behind the
door of an old Provençal building all with a peaceful secret garden and heated pool
-Visit the charming villages of the Luberon and the Bouches-du-Rhone
-Learn to cook like a local with our private cooking class
-Visit outdoor marchés (markets), vineyards and olive oil producers
-Antique and vintage shop at one of my favorite Saturday markets and the famous Isle sur la Sorgue Sunday market
-Trace the footsteps of Van Gogh
....and so much more that we won't share just yet
What's Included:
All lodging at our centrally located 4-star Saint Remy de Provence hotel
Pricing is based on single occupancy, where you will have your own private room and ensuite.
Transportation for the 7 days and 6 nights in and around Provence. This includes a pick up at Avignon TGV train station (no worries, we will help guide you to the best way to reach the area) and drop off at the end of the trip. Alternate pick up and drop off service to the area can be arranged but there may be an additional fee.
All breakfasts, all group lunches, and all group dinners.
All guides, experts and tastings on guided tours. All entry fees.
Welcome apéro reception.
The itinerary is subject to changes. Final itinerary will be shared as we approach our travel dates.
What's not included:
Airfare, to and from France, transport from your original destination to Avignon TGV train station (arrival 10/09 and departure 10/15).
Any souvenirs or personal shopping.
Additional additional entrance fees, meals, snacks, wine, spirits or beverages not offered in the group outings. Any spa treatment desired.
Travel and Medical insurance (required). Please be sure to purchase travel insurance for your trip in the rare case of cancellations, unforeseen circumstances, or emergency medical needs during your trip. This is mandatory.
Any ETIAS forms, visas, passport or Covid-19 travel requirements (testing, vaccines, etc.) as required by your home country or France.
The Provence Retreat will have a lot of walking - please be prepared for walking tours and stairs (especially those hill town villages)
If you have any special needs, including dietary, please reveal that to us so we can make accommodations, if possible, on the Getting to Know You form that will be sent out after your booking.

Deposit - due at time of booking and nonrefundable - $3500.00
Final Payment of $4350.00 due July 15, 2026

Cancellations
Your place on the trip will be reserved as soon as your payment is processed. With your payment, you agree to pay the trip balance in full by the deadline outlined above. Due to the limited amount of space on this trip it is difficult for us to accommodate any cancellations.
If full payment is not made on or by July 15, 2026, deposit is forfeited and we reserve the right to re-book the spot being held for the trip.
All sales are non-refundable. Please be sure to purchase travel insurance for your trip in case of cancellations, unforeseen circumstances, or emergency medical needs.
Discounts - Olive and Branch discount coupons are not valid for this trip.
